After winning a tender organized by the ”Apele Române” National Administration, BEIA Consult International has installed during April 2015, at Giurgiu and Calafat, Danube level radar monitoring stations.

 

The loggers are A753 – GPRS RTUs from Adcon Telemetry, while the radar sensor is the well known RLS from OTT Hydromet. Besides Danube water level , each of the two installed stations also measures air temperature and relative humidity. All the equipment installed at each site is powered by the very efficient Adcon 5 W solar panel.
